I finally used one of the many many pins i have collected :) Hooray! This tutorial gave details for how to get the glowing Christmas Tree effect. I have tried before, and not been thrilled with the results. Turns out, I was just too timid with the ISO and aperture. I have never tried to take anything on my highest ISO before--guess I just needed someone to tell me to do it. LOL So, I thought I would link up my first Pinterest usage for posterity. (And maybe to prove to my husband that it is somehow productive to stare at virtual pins for hours.) Read the tutorial and give it a try!
